Trying something new should feel easy. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order from easydays.com.au—including your first subscription order.

The guarantee covers a maximum of two six-stick boxes—12 sticks in total—from your first order. If you purchase a larger pack, the same limit applies.

Taste, texture or simply not your thing? Get in touch within 30 days of delivery. You don’t need to explain yourself at length. We’ll make the next step easy too.

Open one six-stick box and try Easy Days. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund the amount you paid for that box—even if you’ve finished it. There’s no need to return it.

Bought more? Easy.
Keep the other box unopened while you decide. We’ll also refund a second six-stick box if you return it unopened, unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and cover the return postage.

An easy next step

Contact us through our website within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief note about what wasn’t for you.

Please contact us before posting anything back—we’ll confirm whether a return is needed. We may waive the return requirement at our discretion.

If a return is needed, securely pack the unopened box and lodge it within 14 days of receiving your prepaid label.

We’ll refund the opened box without requiring its return. Any refund for the second, unopened box will be processed after we receive and inspect it, unless we’ve waived the return requirement. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

The details, made clear

  • Available once per customer, on their first order directly from easydays.com.au.
  • Includes first-time one-off purchases and first subscription orders. Subscription renewals are excluded.
  • Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. You can manage or cancel it through your subscription account, or contact us for help.
  • Covers one opened six-stick box and one additional unopened six-stick box only.
  • Refunds are based on the amount actually paid, after discounts. For multipacks, each six-stick box is valued at an equal share of the multipack purchase price.
  • Original delivery charges are excluded. If your order received free shipping, we won’t deduct an outbound shipping fee.
  • We provide one prepaid return label per eligible order where a return is required.
  • Wholesale orders and purchases through other retailers are excluded.
  • This guarantee is based on your satisfaction and does not promise a particular effect or outcome.

Your consumer rights

This voluntary satisfaction guarantee is additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Its refund limits, timeframes, packaging requirements and shipping exclusions do not restrict those rights, including your rights where a product is faulty, damaged or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
